I grew up between two worlds — one foot in Italy, the other across the ocean in Canada — watching friends and family come to visit and never quite see the country I knew.

GS Signature Travel began as a way to bridge that gap. To give travelers the Italy of long lunches and quiet mornings, of family-run trattorias and fifth-generation vintners — not the Italy of queues and coach tours.

Every itinerary I design is drawn from personal exploration. I stay at the hotels, drive the roads, eat at the tables. If it isn't good enough for me, it isn't good enough for you.
